APPLICATIONS INVITED FOR SKILL EDUCATION VOLUNTEER-CUM-LEARNING FACILITATOR

IOEMS invites online applications from eligible candidates for the proposed contractual engagement of 3,231 Skill Education Volunteers-cum-Learning Facilitators for Classes VI–XII.

Proposed Coverage: Up to 128 CBSE-affiliated schools across all 30 districts of Odisha, subject to written school participation and project authorization.

Qualification: 10+2 from a recognized Board and a relevant Diploma in the concerned skill, subject or trade from a government-recognized institution, Board or university. Relevant degrees, advanced certifications and professional experience may receive preference.

Final subject allocation will depend upon the candidate’s relevant qualifications, applicable class level, adopted curriculum and verified project requirements.

Engagement Period: 11 months, extendable based on performance
Proposed Remuneration: ₹18,000–₹28,000 per month, subject to final written engagement terms
Selection: Application scrutiny, document verification, competency assessment, teaching demonstration and/or interview, as applicable.
