RECRUITMENT OF 175 TICKET BOOKING SERVICE AGENTS
IOEMS invites online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of 175 Ticket Booking Service Agents for proposed deployment at selected locations across Odisha.
Vacancy Details
Position: Ticket Booking Service Agent
Total Vacancies: 175
Place of Deployment: Odisha
Engagement: Contractual/agency basis
Work: IRCTC e-ticket booking and passenger-support services, subject to valid authorization
Salary/Remuneration: Rs.28000/-
Minimum Eligibility
Must have passed Class XII/12th or an equivalent examination from a recognized board.
Must possess basic computer knowledge, including data entry, internet, email, printing and online transactions.
Minimum age: 18 years.
Knowledge of Odia is required. Basic Hindi or English is desirable.

Selection Process
Selection will be based on:
Online application screening;
Document verification;
Computer-proficiency test or interview;
Training and suitability assessment; and
Completion of applicable authorization and contractual formalities.

Candidates must submit a recent photograph, signature, Class X and XII certificates, identity proof, address proof and computer certificate, if available.

Any equipment issued after selection must be covered by a separate written equipment-custody agreement and official receipt.
